Balthazar releases new album 'Sand'

The band have been teasing it for a while now with some singles, and now it's finally here. BAlthazar released their fifth album 'Sand'. The album consists of 11 songs including the singles "On A Roll", "Losers", "Halfway" and "You Won't Come Around". It's another great album from the band that already had a big succes with their lastest album 'Fever' released in 2019.

Balthazar is one of the greatest bands we have in Belgium. They released their debut album Applause in 2010, and since then they has hit after hit and their albums were all great. Their latest album 'Fever' was even bigger and was a big success. Now with their new album 'Sand' it's not difference. It has some great songs especially the singles, and it's a typical Balthazar sound we get on the album, which is a mix of funk and R&B with also the great bass sounds from Simon Casier.

We had to wait a little more than two years for this new album, but it was worth the wait. It's another great album from the band. Fans of Balthazar will love it. Hopefully their concert they planned for November 26 can go on, because this album live will sound even better. So hopefully everything will be going better by then so the band can play live again in front of an audience.
