Yves Paquet releases debut album 'Every Now And Then'

Yves Paquet is another great young artist we have. He participated in the competition De Nieuwe Lichting from radio station Studio Brussels in 2018 where everything started for him. He didn't win the thing, but it gave him a platform and now he released his debut album 'Every Now And Then'. The album consists of ten songs including "25-28" and "Flow".

The Belgian artist with roots in Brasil, is only at the start of his career. Participating in De Nieuwe Lichting helped getting a platform and singing on the song "UFO" from The Subs also helped. In this song, that was number one on the dance charts, he sang in German and that was his big breakthrough. Since then, he has been working on his own songs with now his debut album released.

Yves Paquet makes great jazzy pop music that makes you think of the 80s and 90s. The music from those decades inspire him a lot and you can hear that in his music. He also gets inspired by neosoul and jazz, which you can alos hear in his music and on this debut album. "Every Now And Then" is a colourful album that has some upbeat songs and some melancholic songs too. Yves Paquet really shows his talent on this album. It's a little different of the other pop music there is because of the jazz influences and makes it fun to listen to.

"Every Now And Then" is an upbeat and happy album perfect to listen to while enjoying the sun. It gives great summer vibes and makes you happy. It's a great debut album and I'm excited to hear more of the young artist.
